摘  要:目的观察在大鼠肾小球系膜细胞增生过程中氧化与抗氧化系统的改变及迷迭香酸的干预作用。方法培养大鼠肾小球系膜细胞,以PDGF刺激系膜增生及迷迭香酸干预。实验设正常对照组、增生组、单纯迷迭香酸组和迷迭香酸干预组。利用分光法分别测定培养细胞中丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果在培养的促有丝分裂刺激后肾小球系膜细胞中MDA含量升高,SOD减少;迷迭香酸的干预能降低MDA的产生,促进SOD的产生。结论氧自由基及其诱发的脂质过氧化参与了系膜细胞的增生,而迷迭香酸则能抑制系膜细胞的上述改变,具有抗氧化活性。Objective It is to observe the change of oxidation system and antioxidation system in mesangial cell proliferative process, and further to study the intervention of rosmarinic acid. Methods Rat mesangial cells were cultured and stimulated by PDGF to make mesangial proliferation, The cells were divided into normal control group, proliferation group, simple rosmarinic acid group and rasmarinic acid interfering group. The activity of SOD and the content of MDA in cell supernatants were detected by spectrophotomerty. Results The activity of SOD was found to be significantly decreased, while the content of MDA increased in mesangial cells. Rasmarinic acid could inhibit the oxidation in the mesangial cells. Conclusions Oxygen free radicals and lipid peroxidation participates in mesangial proliferation and rosmarinic acid can control the changes of the mesangial cells, so it has an activity of antioxidation.
