摘 要:目的探讨较长时间接触有机磷农药对动物骨髓细胞遗传物质的影响,为有机磷农药对农副产品污染的综合防治提供科学依据。方法选择昆明种成年小鼠经口灌胃染毒,1次/d,连续染毒21 d。敌敌畏(DDVP)染毒剂量为5.0,10.0和20.0 mg/kg,氧乐果染毒剂量为2.5,5.0和10.0 mg/kg,对照组给予等容积的生理盐水。观察染毒21 d后小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞(PCE)微核率和染色体畸变细胞率的变化。结果各染毒组微核率和染色体畸变细胞率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论有机磷农药的长期毒性作用可引起小鼠骨髓细胞遗传物质的损伤,导致遗传毒性效应。Objective To explore the effect of long-term exposure of organophosphorus pesticide on genetic material of animal bone marrow cells and provide scientific criteria for its comprehensive control of the pollution on agricultural and side-line products. Methods The adult mice were orally administered with dimethyl-dichloro-vinyl-phosphate(DDVP)once a day successivly for 21 days at the dosages of 5.0, 10.0 and 20.0 mg/kg, and with oxygen Rogor at the dosage of 2.5, 5.0 and 10.0 mg/kg, taking same volumn physiological saline as the control. After 21 days the micronucleus rates and the rates of chromosome aberration cells were observed. Results Both the micronucleus rates and the rates of chromosomal aberration cells in every exposed groups were significantly higher than those of the controls (P(0.05 or P〈0.01). Conclusions Long-term toxicity of the organophosphorus pesticide could damage the genetic material of mice bone marrow cells and induce the effect of genotoxicity.
