摘　　要：目的分折克鲁肯贝格瘤的临床表现,找到治疗的有效方法,从而提高克鲁肯贝格瘤病人的存活率。方法对我院1993年—2006年23例克鲁肯贝格瘤病案资料进行分折。结果发病平均年龄40岁,目前治疗克鲁肯贝格瘤的主要方法是手术和化疗。结论有消化道癌或乳腺癌病史的女性患者应提高警惕,定期复查,早发现,早治疗,对提高克鲁肯贝格瘤病人的存活率有极大的意义。objective To find out the effective treatment and increase the livabihty of krukenberg＇ s patient. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 23 medical records of krukenberg＇s patients who suffered it from 1993 to 2006. Results Theaverage age is 40, and the primary treatments are surgical resection and chemotherapy. Conclusion The female patients who ever suffered from enteron cancer or Mammary glands cancer should be specially noted. They should take regularly check - up, early diagnosis and timely therapy play important role in improving the patient＇s livability.
