摘　　要：编辑人员要强化编辑的政治意识,加强职业道德教育和纪律教育,制定有效、科学的管理制度,以便合理运用情感对编辑工作的影响,生产出健康而高质量的出版物。The main discussion in the artide is that the emotions influence the editors at edit thought,occupational behavior, occupational ethics and the quantity of the manuscripts etc.,So editors must strengthen the edition political consciousness, the occupational ethics education and the disciplinary education,formulation scientific and effective control system,in order to reasonably utilizes the emotion to the edition work influence,produces the health but the high grade publication.
