脑干听觉诱发电位在慢性酒精中毒性脑病听神经损害的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)对慢性酒精中毒性脑病(CAE)患者听神经和听通路损害的诊断价值。方法:对47例CAE患者及20例正常受试者详细询问病史、查体,记录酒精摄入量和进行BAEP测定,并作组间比较。结果:与正常对照受试者比较,39例CAE患者BAEP的Ⅰ波潜伏期延长(异常率为83%),所有患者Ⅲ波、Ⅴ波潜伏期及Ⅰ—Ⅲ波、Ⅲ—Ⅴ波的波间潜伏期均延长,其间差异具有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:CAE患者存在脑干听觉通路损害和亚临床的听神经损害,BAEP可作为其有效的评价方法。Objective：To investigate diagnostic value of brainstem auditory evoked potentials （BAEP） in acoustic lesion of patients with chronic alcoholic encephalopathy（CAE）. Methods： A detailed medical records, including individual life history, alcohol consumption, clinical symptoms and physical signs, were collected in 47 patients with chronic alcoholism. BAEPs were examinated in 47 CAE patients and 20 normal people. Results： Compared with the control group , the peak latency（PL） of Wave Ⅰ of BAEP lenghted in 39 of 47 cases （the abnormality rate was 83%） and PL of WaveⅢ , Ⅴ , inter peak latency（IPL） of WaveⅠ- Ⅲ , Ⅲ - Ⅴ of BAEP prolonged in all.patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The acoustic nerves of patients with CAE show subclinical lesion. BAEP may be regarded as a method to estimate acoustic lesion of patients with CAE.
