摘  要:目的观察小型猪牙髓对牙本质自酸蚀和全酸蚀粘接系统的组织病理学反应,研究不同牙本质粘接剂对牙髓组织的刺激。方法在小型猪磨牙及前磨牙上备洞,分别涂布4种牙本质粘接剂,玻璃离子充填,术后1d、3d、7d取牙髓组织进行组织病理学观察。结果术后1d各组均表现为成牙本质细胞排列紊乱、毛细血管扩张;术后3d、7d自酸蚀组牙髓逐渐恢复正常,全酸蚀组仍可见炎症性病理变化。结论自酸蚀粘接系统对牙髓组织刺激轻微,全酸蚀粘接系统对牙髓组织的刺激较重。Objective To evaluate the response of the pulp-dentin complex following application of total-etching and self-etching adhesive systems. Methods Deep class V cavities were prepared on the buccal surface of 60 premolars and molars of 3 mini pigs. The cavities were filled with glass inomer with respective application of four common adhesives. The response of the pulp-dentin complex was histopathologically evaluated 1,3 and 7 days following the treatment. The control group did not use any adhesive and was filled with glass inomer directly. Results Cavity preparation induced pathological reactions of the pulp under the cavity, including vascular dilatation and odontoblasts arranging in disorder. Conclusion Following adhesion and restoration, the stimulus on pulp was milder in self-etching system than in total-etching system.
