摘　　要：以步进式加热炉中钢坯温度场分布为应用背景,提出了利用机理建模的方法来实现钢坯内部温度场分布的软测量模型,并且对典型工况进行了仿真,结果表明测量精度完全符合工业应用要求.Focused on the temperature field in a slab step-wise heated in the soaking furnace, the article proposed a soft sensor mechanism model to predict the temperature distribution within the slab, and a simulation was done in terms of a typical work condition was made, showing that the instrumnent＇s precision was good enough to meet the engineering demands.
