护理本科生实习期间实践能力与惧怕否定程度的调查分析

摘　　要：[目的]通过调查护理本科生惧怕否定程度和临床实践能力状况,明确两者之间的关系,为护理教师提高学生临床实践的能力和自我调控提供制订对策的依据。[方法]采用问卷调查法对某医科大学的107名实习护理本科生进行调查。[结果]对惧怕否定程度有影响的个人资料包括病人信任度对学生自信和心情的影响程度、家庭经济状况;惧怕否定与临床实践能力及其中的沟通交流能力、专业与自我发展和评判性思维呈负相关。[结论]了解护理本科生惧怕否定的心态及其与临床实践能力的相关性,对于护理教师关注学生对他人评价担忧的心理,克服学生的心理因素对实践行为的影响,采取相应措施提高学生心理素质和临床实践能力具有重要的启示意义。Objective： Through the investigation on degree of fearing of denying and clinical practice ability of college nursing students, to ascertain the relationship between fearing of denying and clinical practice ability, so as. to provide some bases for decision making for nursing teachers to enhance clinical practice ability and self control of nursing students. Method： A total of 107 college nursing students were investigated by filling out questionnaire. Results： Individual data influencing the degree of fearing of denying of nursing students included the influence of patients＇ credible degree on both selfconfidence and mood of students and familial economy. There were positive correlations between fearing of denying of students and their clinical practice ability and between fearing of denying and communication ability, specialty and selfdevelopment, and critical thinking of college nursing students. enment sense for nursing teachers to Conclusion： It has very important enlight- understand the relativity between the psychological state of fearing of denying of college nursing students and their clinical practice ability. Nursing teachers should pay more attention to psychological states of worrying of students on other＇ s evaluations, which can make students to overcome their psychological factors influence on their practice behavior. It has very important enlightenment sense to take some steps to enhance both psychological quality and clinical practice ability of students.
