摘　　要：激光二极管的相干长度在高频调制的驱动电流下可以减小，在实验中对一个９８０ｎｍ的激光二极管进行了测量。The coherence length of a laser diode can be reduced by modulating the source with a high frequency signal superposed on the driving current for the laser diode. Experiments are made with a 980nm laser diode. It is shown that the coherence length has been reduced by 20 times.
