基于全球价值链的我国高技术企业集群国际化路径研究

摘　　要：本文通过对全球价值链及价值链内产业升级理论的分析,结合企业国际化理论,总结出企业集群国际化路径理论,首次提出国际化路径模型,并以该模型为分析框架,比较分析了3种国际成功高技术企业集群的国际化路径,最后,根据我国高技术企业集群自身的特点,探讨了我国高技术企业集群国际化过程中应采取的步骤。The paper analyzes the GVC （Global Value Chain） and the industry upgrading theory, and then trough combining with the company＇s internationalization theory, the paper concludes the internationalization path theory and poses the model of the industrial clusters for the first time. Using the internationalization path model as the conceptual framework, the paper comparatively analyzes the internationalization methods of three successful high-tech industrial clusters of the world. At last, the paper discusses the steps our country, s high-tech clusters should take during the process of going international, according to their own characteristics.
