摘　　要：对南京市12954例人工流产资料作了描述性分析，对783名大学生性文明调查，探讨社会文化观念对性行为的影响，对620例婚前检查者和172例青少年人流者，作了生殖健康危险因素的研究．结果表明，青少年人流有逐年上升和低龄化趋势，性知识和性社会文化观念对婚前性行为与妊娠有重要影响。This paper made a analysis co the 12954 induced abortions o Nanjing City,investigated and explored 783 C0llege students' sexual cultute and the effect by social senseWe studied the risk factories in the generatic heath for the 620 examined before maxriage and 172 juvenlies for the induced abortion. The result shows that the induced abortion was a elvated and low-age tendency year by year.The effect of sexual Knowledge and social cuiture sense on the sexual act before mariage and pregnancy was very important. In addition, the risk factors still were the loving age,prefession, mentality and self-esteem, etc.
