喉癌部分喉切除术后应用甲状软骨膜修复喉缺损10例报告

摘　　要：喉癌施行部分喉切除术后，喉缺损部位采用甲状软骨膜修复，可较好地恢复喉的呼吸，保护吞咽及发音功能．本文介绍了具体手术方法，认为利用甲状软骨膜修复很缺损具有成活率高，取材方便的优点．The patients with laryngocarcinoma were, treated by partial laryngectomy. The wound caused by partial laryngectomy was repaired by using chyroid cartilage membrane-The patients have acquired better function of respiration, swallow and spech. In this article, the operative procedure was introduced. We concluded that the successful rate of repair of the defect after partial laryngectomy with thyroid cartilage membrane was high.
