摘　　要：目的探讨阴茎梭形细胞血管内皮瘤的生物学行为和临床病理特征。方法回顾分析1例阴茎梭形细胞血管内皮瘤,结合文献分析其发病情况、临床病理特征、诊断和治疗。结果患者行阴茎多发肿物切除术,术后多次复发。免疫组化染色:CD34(+)。结论阴茎梭形细胞血管内皮瘤治疗主要采用手术切除,辅以免疫等综合治疗,预后良好但复发率高。Objective To study the biological behaviour and the clinicopathologic features of penis spindle cell hemangioendothelioma. Methods A case of penis spindle cell hemangioendothelioma was reported. The incidence, clinicopathologic features, diagnosis, treatment were discussed together with review of the literature. Results Patient recured repeatedly after wide local excision. Immunohistochemical analysis showed that the tumor cells expressed CD34. Conclusion It appears that the main treated measure should be wide local excision and combined therapy such as immunotherapy is necessary. Prognosis is good but recurrence rate is high.
