摘　　要：随着教育信息化的发展,教学资源建设的方向已从辅助教学的手段转变为学生自主学习的载体,建构在网络环境下学生自主学习的方式,是信息技术与课程整合追求的目标。通过对当前e-learning业界推崇的SCORM规范的研究,设计并开发了一个以课程为中心的资源整合平台,指出整合的3层含义并开发出相应的整合工具,使其能在分布式资源系统中共享。With the development of information ofedution, the building direction ofedutional resources has changed from teaching aids to the vector of students＇ independent study, so, construction of the network environment for students to self-study is the target of information technology and courses integration. SCORM standard recommneded is researched by e-learning industry at present, then the resource integration system is designed for the center to courses, that the integration contained three meanings is pointed out, and the corresponding integration tools is developed, which make resources shared in distributed resources systems.
