摘 要:近几年来,由于液压元件的成本下降、寿命与可靠性提高,液压调节式张紧装置在履带车辆上得到普遍应用。由于履带车辆行驶状态的频繁变化,要想在不同的路面条件下,使张紧装置均处于良好的状态,就必须根据不同的行驶状态对张紧装置进行一定的调整。在履带式车辆进行稳定直线行驶条件下,通过对履带及张紧缸的受力情况分析,得出了在不同行驶状况(倒车和前进)下,履带式车辆对张紧力的要求是不同的结论。对液压调节式张紧装置的液压系统进行了改进,在结构上满足了履带式车辆对不同工作状态下张紧力的要求,从而为提高车辆行驶系统的性能奠定了基础。There are two categories of tensioning devices in travel systems of crawler vehicles, one is mechanical adjustment type, and the other is hydraulic adjustment type. The mechanical adjustment type features simple system and low cost but the adjustment is relatively complicated. The hydraulic adjustment device is complicated in system but the adjustment operation is simple. In recently years, hydraulic adjustment type tensioning device is widely used on crawler vehicles due to the decreased cost of hydraulic elements and increased service life and reliability. The travel conditions of crawler vehicle vary frequently, so the tensioning device must be adjusted according to different travel condition to ensure a satisfactory work condition of the device under different pavement condition. Because of the simple operation characteristics of hydraulic adjustment type system, hydraulic adjustment type tensioning device of crawler vehicles is analyzed and discussed. A conclusion that the tensioning force' requirements are different under different travel conditions (forward and reverse) is obtained through the force analysis on crawler and tensioning cylinder when a crawler vehicle is in a stable straight travel condition. Hydraulic system of the hydraulic adjustment type tensioning device on crawler vehicles is improved according the conclusion. In structure, the improved hydraulic tensioning system meets the tensioning force requirements of crawler vehicles under different work condition, which lays a basis for performance increase of vehicles travel system.
