摘 要:近年来各种来源的干细胞、祖细胞和前体细胞在视网膜组织修复及再生研究中的应用倍受瞩目。研究发现,视网膜干细胞、视网膜祖细胞和前体细胞、骨髓干细胞、胚胎干细胞和脑源性神经干细胞都有增殖和分化成视网膜神经细胞的能力,并且在损伤条件下这类细胞能够参与视网膜的修复和再生过程。视网膜色素上皮细胞和M櫣ller细胞具有的转分化能力也使之可能成为视网膜修复和再生的另一来源。Recently, stem cells such as retinal stem cens ( RSC), mesenchymal stem cells ( MSC ), embryonic stem cells ( ESC ), brain-derived stem cells (BDSC), also the cells such as retinal progenitor cells,retinal precursor cells,retinal epithelium (RPE) and Miiller cells have been widely concerned in studying of retinal repairment and retinal regeneration. It has been found that RSC, MSC, ESC and BDSC have abilities to proliferate and to differentiate into several retinal nerve cells, which play a role in retinal repairment and retinal regeneration, especially under condition of retina damage or injury. It has also been found that RPE and MiiUer cells have abilities of transdifferentiation, and thus would become a new source of cells for retinal repairment and retinal regeneration.
