摘　　要：目的:研究颅内前循环狭窄程度与多种影响因素的关系。方法:连续收集前循环颅内动脉狭窄患者,按血流速度定量分级,确定危险因素。分析狭窄程度和多种危险因素的相关性。将313例前循环狭窄患者(狭窄组)与76例无血流动力学异常者(对照组)进行比较。结果:狭窄组和对照组在年龄、腰围、吸烟、饮酒、糖尿病和卒中史有显著差异,高血压史、平时和测量的收缩压、舒张压有极显著差异。两组的总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白B、脂蛋白(a)和纤维蛋白原有显著差异。相关分析显示血管狭窄程度与高血压明显正相关,与载脂蛋白A和高密度脂蛋白明显负相关。结论:高血压在颅内前循环狭窄的发生和发展上起着重要作用。Objective：To investigate the correlation between degrees of anterior cerebral arterial stenosis and various influencing factors.Methods：Patients with anterior circulating cerebral arterial stenosis were selected,of whom cerebral blood flow velocities were measured by transcranial Doppler.Based on the risk factors found in those patients,the correlation between degrees of anterior circulating cerebral arterial stenosis and risk factors was analysed.Three hundred and thirteen patients with anterior circulating stenosis（stenosis group） and 76 controis（control group）were compared.Results：There were significant differences in ages,waistlines,smoking and drinking status,and history of diabetes and stroke between the stenosis group and the control group.The most significant differences in history of hypertension,daily systolic and diastolic pressure,and measured systolic and diastolic pressure existed difference as well.The total cholesterol,LDL cholesterol levels,apolipoprotein B, lipoprotein-a and fibrinogen of the two groups were significantly different.The analysis indicated that there were a positive correlation between degrees of arterial stenosis and hypertension and a negative correlation between apolipoproteinA and HDL cholesterol levels.Conclusion：Hypertension plays an important role in anterior cerebral arterial stenosis occurrence and progress.
