摘　　要：为提升知识服务的深度,向咨询用户提供满意的解决方案,情报咨询服务需要专业化和学者化的咨询专家——内容主题专家。在信息时代,主题专家是对普通参考咨询的补充,也是学科馆员服务的深化。文章对内容主题专家的概念做了初步的探讨。As a development of the model of area librarians in the age of knowledge economy, the subject specialist is the outcome of the intensification of the subject service in libraries. The concept of the subject specialist and what capabilities a subject specialist should possess will be discussed in this article.
