摘　　要：从协同学理论角度,分析了虚拟参考咨询台(VRD)工作流程各个工作环节的协同关系。以此,探讨性地构建了虚拟参考咨询台协同应用模型,并指出该模型运行过程中需要注意的问题。From the collaborative theory angle, the author has analyzed Virtual Reference Desk （VRD） of the work flow each work pitch point collaborative relations. By this, the discussion has constructed the Virtual Reference Desk collaborative application model, and pointed out in this model movement process needs to pay attention question.
