齐鲁灵芝破壁孢子粉抗癌活性的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:应用小鼠移植性肿瘤瘤株(S180),观察齐鲁灵芝破壁孢子粉对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长的影响。方法:选择经腹腔和腋下接种小鼠肉瘤(S180)的昆明种小鼠为模型动物,经口灌胃齐鲁灵芝破壁孢子粉5、1.25和0.25g/kg(药/鼠质量)为实验组,以生理盐水经口灌胃为阴性对照,以环磷酰胺注射液腹腔注射为阳性对照。腹水瘤记录体质量增长和生存时间,实体瘤于荷瘤后14d处死小鼠,称取瘤块质量并计算抑瘤率。结果:腹水瘤组、实验组与阴性对照组体质量增长程度无差别,而阳性对照组体质量增长缓慢;阴性对照组的生存时间为(17±3.6)d,高、中、低实验组的生存时间分别为(23.5±7.5)、(22.75±4.5)和(20.8±2.2)d,生命延长率分别为38.2%、33.8%和22.4%。阳性对照组生存时间为(28.5±1.9)d。实体瘤组、阴性对照组的实体瘤质量为(1.25±0.28)g,高、中、低实验组的实体瘤质量分别为(0.675±0.38)、(0.875±0.24)和(1.075±0.47)g,抑瘤率分别为46.0%、30.0%和14.0%,阳性对照组实体瘤质量为(0.2±0.08)g,抑瘤率为84.0%。结论:齐鲁灵芝破壁孢子粉对腹水瘤荷瘤小鼠的生命没有明显延长作用,对实体瘤荷瘤小鼠的实体瘤质量有一定的抑瘤作用,说明齐鲁灵芝破壁孢子粉具有一定的抗肿瘤作用。OBJECTIVE： To observe the antitumor effect of “gloosy ganoderma spores powder” on mice S180 tumor. METH-ODS： S180 tumor ceils were inoculated into the abdominal cavities or subcutaneously in the right oxter of mice. The “gloosy ganoder-ma spores powder” was administrated orally in the experimented group of mice at the dose of 5 g/kg, 1.25 g/kg,0.25 g/kg. Saline group was taken as negative control and cyclophosphamide group as positive control. The animals were killed 14 days after inocula-tion and the body weight and the tumor weight were recorded, The inhibit ratio was calculated, RESULTS： There was no difference in weight increase among ascites tumor group ,experiment group and negative control group but positive control group apparently grew slower than others. The survive time of negative group was （17±3.6） days and the survive time of the high, medial and low dose experiment group was （23.5±7.5） days, （22.75±4.5） days and （20.8±2.2） days respectively, The prolong ratios were 38.2%, 33, 8% and 22.4% respectively. Survive time of positive group was （28.5±1.9） days. The tumor weight of solid tumor group and negative group was （1.25±0.28） g and the tumor weight of the high, medial and low dose experiment group was （0.675±0.38）g, （0.875±0.24） days and （1.075±0.47） days respectively. The inhibit ratio was 46.0%, 30.0% and 14.0%. The tumor weight of positive group was （0.2±0.08）g and the inhibit ratio was 84.0%. CONCLUSIONS： The gloosy ganoderma spores powder can not prolong survive time of mice with ascites tumor but can in-hibit tumor weight of mice with solid tumor. So gloosy ganoderma spores powder has certain antitumor effect.
