摘　　要：论述了在线托辊动态参数的确定及其数据模型的建立思路,阐明了监测系统的组成及工作原理,进行了系统硬件电路模块化设计,阐述了系统软件的结构及数据采集与处理方式,分析了系统的测量精度和可靠性。Discussed the idea of which establish the dynamic parameters and data models of roller. Elucidated the testing system constituting and work theory. Designed the modularization electricity theory circuit of the system hardware. Expatiated on the structure of software system and the means of data to handle and collection. Analyzed measure precision and dependability of system.
