摘　　要：高校实验室用房管理是高校公用房管理中薄弱的一个环节。为提高实验室用房使用效率,当前许多高校正在进行实验室用房管理改革。文章提出一种院(系)实验室用房定额核定新模式,并与该校现行院(系)公用房核定模型进行了比对分析。The universities＇laboratory housing management is a weak link in the university public housing management. In order to enhance the the service efficiency of laboratory housing, many universities are carrying on the laboratory housing management reform. This article proposed one kind of school （department） laboratory＇s housing quota appraisal mode,which was compared with the current school （department）＇spublic house appraisal model in Tongji University.
