AIM方案治疗骨与软组织肉瘤的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价AIM方案治疗骨与软组织肉瘤的近期疗效和不良反应。方法:进展期骨与软组织肉瘤患者27例,应用异环磷酰胺联合持续静滴72h阿霉素,常规美斯钠(mesna)解毒和水化,21 d为1个周期,2周期后评价疗效。结果:全组患者CR 1例(3.7%),PR 9例(33.3%),SD 9例(33.3%),PD 8例(29.6%),有效率为37.0%(10/27)。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制,其白细胞Ⅲ+Ⅳ度下降发生率为53.5%。结论:AIM方案治疗骨与软组织肉瘤有效化疗方案,患者缓解率较高,毒副反应可以耐受,值得临床进一步观察。Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and adverse reaction of ifosfamide combined with adriamycin on advanced bone and soft tissue sarcomas. Method ： Twenty - seven patients with advanced bone and soft tissue sarcoma were given ifosfamide combined with continuous - infusion adriamycin 72 hour, adequate mesna were given for protection and hydration. Three weeks were regarded as one cycle and the effect were studied after two cycles. Result：One cases had complete remission （CR） （3.7%）, 9 cases achieved partial remission （PR） （ 33.3% ） , 9 cases maintained a stable disease （SD） （ 33.3% ） , and 8 cases had progressive disease （ PD ） （ 29.6% ）. The overall response rate （ RR ） was 45.8% （ 11/24 ）. The main adverse reaction was myelosupression. Neutropenia at grade Ⅲ＋ Ⅳoccurred in 53.5% patients. Conclusion： Ifosfamide combined with adriamycin is effective for advanced bone and soft tissue sarcomas. The overall response rate is high and the adverse effects can be tolerable. So its clinical effect is worthy of further observation.
