摘　　要：建立了一个基于ＩｎｔｅｌＩ８６０ＲＩＳＣ芯片的自动目标识别ＡＴＲ（ＡｕｔｏｍａｔｉｃＴａｒｇｅｔＲｅｃｏｇｎｉｔｉｏｎ）系统．实现了对监测块状目标和线状目标的智能识别，并在此平台上模拟了多种人工神经网络模型用于对数据信息的处理．介绍了系统硬件的组成结构、工作原理和所能达到的性能指标，并对在此基础上开发的目标识别软件系统作了详细说明．实验结果表明，该系统能对目标进行实时性的智能识别，是一种较先进的图象处理系统，并在实际应用中发挥了重要的作用．An automatic target recognition system based on Intel I860 RISC chip is presented,which achieves intelligent recognition of the focused targets.Many neural networks are modeled for data processing in this system.The hardware construction,the principles of operation and the performance of this system are introduced,and,in the meantime,covresponding software algorithm of target recognition is presented in details.In the end of this paper,the system is compared with the same level pro ducts from abroad.The experiments show that this system which can recognizes the targets intelligently is an advanced image processing system and plays an important role in practical applications.
