摘　　要：通过对医学科技人员进行实验动物科普培训,宣传了国内外实验动物政策法规,为提高科技人员科学和伦理素养,提升医疗护理质量和科研水平,促进各类医学人才培养和医学实验动物学科的发展,促进“医、教、研”全面发展具有重要的意义。The popularized education of laboratory animal science on the staff of medical research in the hospital is highly effective to publicize the policy, law and regulation of laboratory animal; enhance the scientific and ethical attainment of medical researchers ; upgrade the quality of medical researching, treating and nursing; boost the training of medical personnel and the development of medical laboratory animal subject; and promote the comprehensive development of ＂ Medical Treatment, Education and Research＂ of the hospital.
