血清泌乳素值对垂体泌乳素瘤诊断和疗效的观察

摘　　要：用放射免疫法（RIA）测定56例垂体泌乳素瘤患者血清泌乳素（PRL）值，以观察治疗前及单纯采用溴隐亭治疗和用溴隐亭合并手术治疗两组患者不同时间血清PRL值的变化，评价对该病的诊断价值和两组的疗效。结果提示治疗前所有患者血清PRL值均明显高于正常对照组；治疗后两组均明显低于治疗前水平。但单纯药物组血清PRL值仍明显高于对照组（P＜0．05），而综合治疗组技对照组无显著性差异（P＞0．05）；单纯药物组治疗后男性患者血清PRL值明显高于女性（P＜0．05），综合治疗组男、女患者间无显著性差异（P＞0．05）。结论是测定血清PRL值有助于该病诊断，手术合并药物治疗比单纯药物治疗效果好。This article reports the serum PRL levels in 56 patients with pituitary prolactinoma were determined by using radioimmunoassay, in order to evaluate the therapeutic effect of pituitary prolactinoma being treated in two groups before and after treatment with only bromocriptine in the first group and in combination of thisdrug with operation in the second group. And the diagnostic evaluation according to the serum PRL Levels of pituitary prolactinoma patients was carried out. The results showed that the serum PRL levels of all patients beforetreatment were much higher than that of the controls, and they were much lower than before treatment. Theserum PRL levels in the first group with drug only were higher than that of the controls (P<0. 05), in the second.group with combined therapy, their PRL levels were not differed from the controls (P>0. 05), The serum PRLlevels in male patients treated with drug only were higher than that in the females, and it was not differentiated between the males and females in combination group (P>0. 05). In conclusion, the value of serum PRL levels in patients with pituitary prolactinoma was helpful to the diagnosis, and better therapeutic effect in combinated therapyfor pituitary prolactinoma patients could be achieved.
