新疆羌活挥发油的分离和结构鉴定

摘　　要：用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用法（GC／MS／DS），对新疆羌活所含挥发油进行了化学成分分离和结构鉴定。共分离出56种成分，鉴定了其中23种成分的结构，其含量占挥发油总量的91．2％。The qualitative analysis of chemical constituents of the essential oils of 'Xinjiangqianghou'(Angllica silvestris L.) by using the method of GC/MS/DS was reported. As a result, 56 chemical constituents were separated, and 23 of them were identified. The content of the identified constituents is 91. 2per cent of the total amount of the essential oils.
