卵巢、宫颈恶性肿瘤雌孕激素受体表达对激素替代治疗的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨卵巢、宫颈恶性肿瘤雌孕激素受体表达对患者激素替代治疗的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学方法对75例卵巢恶性肿瘤、83例宫颈癌组织、正常卵巢及宫颈对照组各30例的ER及其亚型,PR表达进行测定,并对上述患者采取随机分组方法进行激素替代治疗。分析卵巢恶性肿瘤、宫颈癌雌孕激素受体表达状态对其激素替代治疗的影响。结果(1)卵巢恶性肿瘤、宫颈癌ERα、ERβ及PR阳性表达率均分别低于正常卵巢和宫颈,相比较差异均有统计学意义。(2)卵巢恶性肿瘤、宫颈癌ERα、ERβ及PR阳性表达率与其临床病理情况无关。(3)HRT组和非HRT组患者累积生存期(平均生存时间、中位生存期)基本相似,差异均无统计学意义。癌组织中的ER、ERα、ERβ及PR阳性或阴性表达者接受HRT或非HRT的累积生存期相比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论卵巢、宫颈恶性肿瘤雌孕激素受体表达状态对患者激素替代治疗的无影响。Objective To explore the relationship between hormone replacement therapy （HRT） and the positive expression of estrogen receptor in patients with ovarian malignancy or cervical malignancy. Methods The expression of ER, its subtype and PR were detected by immunohistinoehemieal staining respectively in 83 eases with cervix cancers,75 eases with ovarian carcinomas and 60 normal control （30 eases of ovary and 30 cases of cervix）, All eases of malignancy were divided randomly into two groups with or without HRT as well as the relationship with HRT and the positive expression of estrogen receptor in tissue were analyzed, Results The positive expression rate of ERα ,ERβ and PR in malignancy tissue was lower than that in normal control tissue（ P 〈0.05 ）. There was no significance relationship　between HRT and the positive expression of ERα,ERβ and PR in tissue. The survive-time of two groups with or without HRT was similar, there was no statistic difference （P 〉 0.05）. Concusion There was not any effect between HRT and the expression of ERα, ERβ and PR in malignancy tissue.
