颈椎灵口服液抗炎镇痛及对血液的粘滞性作用

摘　　要：目的研究颈椎灵口服液抗炎、镇痛作用和对血瘀证大鼠血液高粘滞性的影响。方法采用小鼠毛细血管通透性法、小鼠醋酸扭体法和建立大鼠化学神经根炎模型,观察颈椎灵抗炎、镇痛作用;建立大鼠血瘀证模型,观察其对血液高粘滞性的影响。结果颈椎灵能抑制毛细血管通透性;减少小鼠醋酸刺激的扭体次数;对大鼠神经根炎模型的炎症有明显的抑制作用,对步态和痛阈有明显恢复作用;能显著降低血清中磷脂酶A2(PLA2)的含量;能显著改善"血瘀"大鼠的血液高粘滞性。结论颈椎灵口服液有抗炎、镇痛和活血化瘀作用。Objective To study the curative effect of Jingzhuiling oral liquid on radiculoneuritis, pain and high blood viscosity. Methods The capillary permeability and writhing of body models were induced by intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid in mice. The blood-stasis and chemical radiculoneuritis models in rats were established respectively by Chen Qi and Xu Shu-yuan et al methods. The curative effect of Jingzhuiling oral liquid on radiculoneuritis, writhing of the body and high blood viscosity were observed. Results Jingzhuiling oral liquid significantly inhibited capillary permeability and decreased the writhings of the body induced by intraperitoneal injection of acetic acid in the mice. Jingzhuiling also significantly inhibited the inflammatory reaction of radiculoneuritis and promoted recovery of the functions of gait and pain threshold in the rats. Moreover it also could reduce the serum content of phopspholipase A2 and high blood viscosity in the rats with ＂blood stasis symptom＂. Conclusion Jingzhuiling oral liquid has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Moreover it also promotes blood circulation and improves blood stasis.
