摘 要:供电企业开展网络营销是全新的探索,电力网络营销可以保证电费回收,有利于降低供电营销成本,提高供电服务质量与水平。电力网络营销虽适应电力工业网络化生产、传输和销售的特点,但目前还存在观念、技术与管理等方面的障碍。供电企业实施网络营销需要更新观念,加快电力网络基础设施建设,正确实施供电企业网络营销策略,提高供电企业网络营销人员的素质等。Network marketing conducted by power supply companies is a new subject for exploration, which could ensure recovery of tariffs, help to reduce marketing costs for power supply, and improve the quality of power supply and service. Although the network marketing mode is suitable for the characteristics of network-based production, transmission, distribution and sales of the power industry, there are still some obstacles existing in the aspects of viewpoints, technology and management. The primary network marketing strategies for power supply companies are as follows: renewing ideology, expediting infrastructure construction of the power network, properly implementing network marketing strategies of power supply companies, and improving the competence of the network marketing staff.
