摘　　要：文章阐述了视音频信息资源组织面，临的问题，论述了国家社科项目《视音频信息元数据集》的设计原则、描述对象间的关系、元素与修饰词的设置以及元数据集的特点，预测了未来视音频信息元数据的发展趋势。The author expatiates the user＇s needs and problems about audio visual information organization, and then discusses the design principles, relation between description Jevels, elements and qualification of National Society Project; Audio-visual Metadata Sets, and its characteristics. At the end of the paper the trends of audio visual metadata are forecasted.
