摘 要:目的了解6~13岁儿童血压的分布特点及体质指数(BMI)的影响。方法对铜陵市3 146名6~13岁小学生的血压和体重、身高及BMI等相关因素进行调查,并进行统计学分析。结果3 146名儿童中患高血压217人,总患病率6.90%,其中男123人,患病率为7.41%,女94人,患病率为6.32%;肥胖儿童72人(2.29%),超重207人(6.58%),肥胖和超重儿童的高血压患病率(26.39%、14.49%)与BMI正常儿童的高血压患病率(5.86%)比较,差异有统计学意义。结论年龄与血压呈正相关,而BMI超过正常者高血压患病率明显升高,提示控制体重可减少儿童高血压的发生。Objectives To determine the blood pressure of children aged 6 - 13 years and the association with body mass index (BMI). Methods Blood pressure, body weight, height and BMI were determined in 3146 children aged 6 - 13 years in Tongling. Statistical analysis was performed. Results A prevalence of 6.9% (n = 217) of high blood pressure was found in all the children. Among them, 123 are male (7.41%) while 94 are female (6.32%) . According to the BMI, 2.29% (n = 72) of the children were obese, while 6.58% (n = 207) were overweight. Significant difference was detected between the prevalence of high blood pressure in obese (26.39%) and overweight (14.49%) children and normal control (5.86%) . Conclusions Age is positively correlated with blood pressure. The prevalence of high blood pressure is much higher in children with BMI above normal level. Body weight control could lower the occurrence of high blood pressure in children.
