摘 要:低氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)是低氧诱导因子家族中最先发现的蛋白因子,组织低氧时,HIF-1表达显著增加。HIF-1是缺氧环境的重要调节因子,对低氧反应性基因的转录有调控作用,并参与低氧反应的信号转导过程。轻度缺氧时,HIF-1产生缺氧耐受性,发挥神经保护作用,长期重度缺氧时,诱导神经细胞凋亡,具有神经毒性作用。最近的研究表明,HIF-1可能与脑梗死有关。文章就HIF-1概况、低氧活性调节以及与脑梗死的可能关系进行了综述。Hypoxia inducible factor-1 (HIF-1) is a protein factor first found in the family of hypoxia inducible factors. The expression of HIF-1 significantly increases during tissue hypoxia. HIF-1 is an important regulatory factor in a hypoxic environment, and it has regulatory effect on transcription of hypoxia responsive gene, and participates in signal transduction processes of hypoxia response. HIF-1 induces hypoxia tolerance and exerts neuroprotective effect during mild hypoxia. It induces neuronal apoptosis and has a neurotoxic effect during prolonged severe hypoxia. Recent studies have suggested that HIF-1 may be associated with cerebral infarction. This paper reviews the general situation of HIF-1, the regulation of HIF-1 activity and their possible relations with cerebral infarction.
