摘　　要：自体外周血干细胞移植（APBSCT）联合大剂量化疗（HDC）可提高治疗小细胞肺癌（SCLC）的疗效，延长生存期。APBSCT还可联合放疗和手术治疗SCLC。年龄、化疗方案及疾病程度等因素可影响APBSCT疗效。APBSCT治疗SCLC既有直接的抗癌作用，也有其免疫治疗作用。High-dose chemotherapy（ HDC ） supported by autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation （APBSCT） in the treatment of the patients with small cell lung cancer（SCLC） may prolong life span and improve clinical curative effect. APBSCT is also combinecl with radiotherapy and surgical resection in SCLC treatment. Some factors may influence curative effects after APBSCT as age, chemotherapy regimens, disease stages and so on. APBSCT has not only direct antitumous effect but also immunotherapic effect in the treatment of the patients with SCLC.
