摘  要:目的应用磁性纳米材料包封化疗药物的药囊,注入荷瘤裸鼠体内,探讨其对人胆管癌的生长抑制作用。方法建立人胆管癌细胞QBC939的荷瘤裸鼠模型。在接种后20d将裸鼠随机分7组,其中B、D、F组为肿瘤内置磁化丝,从尾静脉分别注射高、中、低剂量组的纳米磁性药囊,其他各组分别给予其他干预手段。于治疗后第35天计算各组裸鼠肿瘤体积、抑瘤率和肿瘤生长曲线。处死裸鼠将肿瘤组织和其他器官送病检,并将肿瘤组织送电境检查。结果治疗35d后B、D两组肿瘤体积分别为(1392.2±189.4)mm^3和(1933.7±189.5)mm^3与对照组肿瘤体积(2256.0±267.1)mm^3比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B、D两组抑瘤率分别为39.6%和14.6%。结论纳米磁靶向性药囊对胆管癌裸鼠移植瘤生长有抑制作用。Objective To investigate the influence of magnetic nanoparticles with chemotherapy drug apply in human Cholangiocarcinoma xenograft in nude mice. Methods Established human Cholangiocarcinoma xenograft in nude mice with QBC939 cell line. The nude mice dispart into 7 terms randomly, Saline,magnetic nanoparticles include high, middle and low dosage were given to nude mice through tail vein at 20 day after implanting QBC939 cell line. Calculation have been done at 35 day after treatment in order to compare tumor volume, inhibition ratio of tumor and tumor growth curve each group. Execute randomly nude mice of each group to get tumor tissue and others organ for examined under electron microscope and pathologic examination. Results The tumor volume of high, middle ( B, D groups) dosage groups are (1392.2± 189.4) mm^3 and (1933.7± 189.5 ) mm^3 individely,which have difference significantly compare to that of control group (P 〈 0.05 ). The inhibition ratio of tumor of high, middle were 39.6%, 14.6% individely. Conclusion The magnetic nanopartcles can inhibit tumor grow of human Cholangiocarcinoma xenograft in nude mice.
