整合素α6β4在膀胱移形细胞癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的观察黏附分子整和素α6β4在膀胱癌中的表达及其与膀胱癌分化,侵袭转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法对83例膀胱癌石蜡包埋标本进行整和素α6β4半定量检测,其中≥60%细胞呈强阳性反应(+++),30%～60%呈弱、中等强度阳性反应(++)。结果有59例膀胱癌组织整和素α6β4呈阳性或不同程度表达增强(x^2=53.78,P<0.05),高分化癌的整和素α6β4阳性率明显低于低分化癌(x^2=17,P<0.05)。整和素α6β4阳性率在膀胱癌伴淋巴结转移组高于淋巴结阴性组(x^2=12.1,P<0.05)。结论整和素α6β4表达与肿瘤细胞的分化程度呈负相关、与淋巴结转移呈正相关,整和素可作为判断膀胱癌恶性程度及患者预后的生物学指标。Objective To investigate the integrin α6β4 expression in bladder carcinoma and its relation with tumor differentiation, invasion and metastasis. Methods The integrin α6β4 expression was detected in 83 cases of bladder carcinoma by using immunohistochemistry technique （PAP method）. Results The expression of integrinα6β4 in 59 cases of bladder carcinoma was higher than in the surrounding normal urothelial tissues. The positive rate of integrinα6β4 was higher in poorly differentiated carcinoma group than in wen differentiated group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rate of integrinα6β4 was higher in mertastatic carcinoma group than in non-metastatic group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The high expression of integrin α6β4 was related with differentiation and metastasis of bladder carcinoma. The expression of integrinα6β4 might have prognostic value.
