摘　　要：目的:建立上颌尖牙烤瓷冠有限元模型,为口腔修复研究提供实验基础.方法:采用三维照相测量仪(3DSS)扫描,应用geomagic8、imageware12、unigraphics NX4、algorv18等软件,利用逆向工程技术,建立上颌尖牙烤瓷冠三维有限元模型,并进行网格划分。结果:重建的三维有限元模型与实体模型具有高度几何相似、力学相似性。结论:应用3DSS扫描点云并结合以上软件能够较为快速、精确地建立上颌尖牙烤瓷冠的三维有限元模型。Objective： To provide a three-dimensional finite element model for dental research of the PFM （Porcelain-fused-to metal）crown.Method：Three Dimensional Sensing System （3DSS） scanning and RE （reverse engineering） technology was used in combination with some CAD （computer aided design） softwares, and Algor. The model was merged. Result： An ideal three-dimensional finite element model of the PFM crown for the upper cuspid was constructed.Conclusion： The constructed 3-DFE model was quick and accurate and could be applied as a new method in the dental research.
