摘 要:目的:探讨不同牙科材料对龈沟液中白介素-1(IL-1)表达水平的影响。方法:收集牙体缺损需全冠修复的病例256例(312个牙),分别采用镍铬合金烤瓷冠、金合金烤瓷冠及ISP Empress2全瓷冠进行修复。完成修复6个月后,用Whatman滤纸采集龈沟液标本,用酶联免疫吸附法测定龈沟液中IL-1的含量。结果:三种全冠对龈沟液中IL-1的影响:完成修复6个月后镍铬合金烤瓷冠和对照组相比有差异性(p<0.05),且高于金合金烤瓷冠和全瓷冠的水平,而金合金烤瓷冠和全瓷冠与对照组相比均无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论:不同牙科修复材料对龈沟液中IL-1的含量有影响,从而为临床全冠材料的选择提供了具有生理意义的理论依据。Objective: :To investigate the effect of different kinds of dental materials on interleukin-1 (IL-1)in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF). Method: Among 256 patients selected , 116 accepted Ni-Cr PFM, 71 accepted gold alloys PFM and 69 accepted all ceramic crowns.Six months later, IL-1 levels were determined by enzyme-linkedimmunoadsorbent assay (ELISA) using Whatman I filter paper strips. Result: For the three kinds of crowns, the IL-1 level of nickel-chrome crowns was higher than that of the comparison normal ones (p 〈0.05) and higher than that of gold alloy crowns and ISP Empress 2 all ceramic crowns (p〈0.05).While the level of gold alloy ones and all ceramic crown ones had no difference to normal teeth (p 〉 0.05). Conclusion:Different dental materials may have different effect on IL-1 in GCF,thus providing clinical basis for the clinic.
