三种比色板在牙科比色中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:对比研究Vita经典比色板、Vita3D-Master比色板和SHOFU NCC比色板在牙科比色中的临床效果,以指导临床和技工制作瓷修复体。方法:采用修复前比色、修复体制作完成后口腔外比色以及口腔内核对颜色的方法,对比三种比色板的比色效果。结果:修复体制作完成后,在口腔内、外核对颜色时,使用Vita3D-Master比色板和SHOFU NCC比色板的满意度均高于Vita经典比色板,而Vita3D比色板和NCC比色板之间无显著性差异。结论:Vi-ta3D-Master比色板和SHOFU NCC比色板颜色范围较宽,临床比色可以取得较好的效果。Objective： To compare the clinical effect of Vita classical, Vita 3D-Master and SHOFU NCC shade guide. Method： The clinical effect of three shade guides was compared by shade matching before restoring, color check in and out of patients＇mouths after restoration. Result： The rates of satisfaction of the patients used Vita 3D-Master shade guide and SHOFU NCC shade guide were much higher than Vita classical shade guide when checking the color in and out of their mouths after restoration.While no obvious differentiations were showed between Vita 3D-Master and SHOFU NCC shade guide. Conclusion：Both Vita 3D-Master and SHOFU NCC shade guides should be popularized widely in porcelain prosthodontics because of their wider color , they can both be accepted by the patients and the dentists.
