摘  要:应用德国BOSCH公司生产的VP37电控分配泵管理系统与大连柴油机厂生产的CA498Z型柴油机所组成的电控CA498Z型柴油机和与该管理系统相匹配的VS100标定系统,试验研究了起动油量脉谱对电控柴油机起动性能的影响。得出了在保证起动过程中低HC排放的基础上尽可能降低起动时间原则下的起动油量脉谱标定过程。Tests were done to research the influence of fuel supply map during start process of electronic controlled diesel engine in using the electronic controlled diesel engine which was combined with CA498Z diesel engine produced by Dalian diesel engine works and VP37 electronic controlled distributor type injection pump management system produced by BOSCH company and VS100 demarcate system which was matched with the.management system. Demarcate process of fuel quantity of starting fuel supply map was educed under the principle of low HC emission and rapid start speed.
