摘　　要：目的探讨两种窝沟封闭术预防窝沟龋的临床疗效。方法选择100例6-10岁儿童的400颗健康恒牙,分为两组,分别采用窝沟釉质成形封闭术和窝沟杯刷清洗封闭术对窝沟封闭。比较两种封闭术封闭剂保留率和龋病新发生率,观察两种封闭术的临床效果。结果窝沟釉质成形术结合窝沟封闭剂封闭时,封闭剂保留率高于窝沟杯刷清洗封闭术,而龋病发生率低于窝沟杯刷清洗封闭术。结论两种封闭方法均有良好的临床疗效,窝沟釉质成形封闭术的防龋效果优于窝沟杯刷清洗封闭术。To study the clinical effect of two methods of pit and fissure sealant for preventing pit and fissure caries. METHODS： 400 health permanent teeth in 100 children ages 6 to 10 years were divided into two groups, endmeloplasty sealant technique （EST）and cup-shaped brush sealant technique （CST）were used in two groups. The rate of the sealant reservation and the incidence of caries were compared in the two groups, and the clinical effect of the two groups observed. RESULTS： Compared with CST, the rate of the sealant reservation of EST combining pit and fissure sealants is higher, and the incidence of caries of EST combining pit and fissure sealants is lower. CONCLUSION： EST combining pit and fissure sealants and CST both have good clinical effects, while EST combining pit and fissure sealants is superior to CST in preventing pit and fissure caries.
