摘  要:从新疆克拉玛依油田采出水样品中,筛选出一株革兰氏阴性、不产生芽孢,具运动性的菌株,它能以蔗糖、淀粉或糖蜜为底物产胞外聚合物,经过鉴定为土壤杆菌。对所产多糖聚合物的水解产物进行纸上层析,初步判定该多糖聚合物为丁二酸型葡聚糖。该多糖聚合物的水溶液,浓度≥0.2g/dL时具有显著的剪切变稀特性即假塑性,pH值在4~10范围时黏度稳定,外加盐(NaCl,MgS04,CaCl2)浓度≤15g/dL时,黏度随盐浓度增大而增大,其耐温性为60℃,超过60℃时黏度迅速下降。该种细菌可望用于微生物采油,所产多糖聚合物可望用作油田化学品。图5表1参9。A Gram-negative, motile and unable to form spore bacterial strain is isolated from produced water of Karamay oil field. This can produce extracellular polysaccharides on carbon substrates of sucrose, amylum, and molasses and is identified as Agrobacterium sp. The polysaccbarides produced by this bacterium might be a succinoglucan as shown by paper chromatographic analysis of their hydrolyzed products. The polysaccharides in aqueous solution are characterized by notable shear thinning effect, or pseuoplasticity, at solution concentration ≥0.2 g/dL, stable viscosity values at pH range 4-10, increased viscosity with increasing solution concentration of salts NaCl, MgSO4 or CaCl2 added up to 15 g/dL, and temperature resistance up to 60℃, above which the solution viscosity decreases speedly. This bacterial strain is suggested as a prospective microorganism for MEOR and the plysaccharides-as a future oilfield biopolymer.
