摘　　要：本文对国家自然科学基金重点项目"我国中小企业发展与支持系统研究"对我国中小企业所做的问卷调查进行了回顾性研究,在比较美国联邦储备局和中小企业管理局所做的中小企业融资调查的基础上,对本项目组的中小企业问卷调查的不足进行了剖析,并从美国的调查方法中得到了若干启示与借鉴。This paper reviews the survey, namely, ＂the development of small and mediate-sized enterprises（SMEs） and their support systems in China＂ （funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China）, pursued by the research team of J/nan University. In comparison of the similar survey held by FRB and SBA in USA, we mainly analyze the problems of our study in China and discuss several lessons that could be drawn from the FRB survey.
