摘　　要：本文从体能、技术上以及自信心的作用对女子3000m障碍跑在我国基层开展的可行性进行研究,对迅速提高这一新兴项目的可行性,提出了自己的看法。This paper, from the aspects of stamina, skill and self-confidence, probes into the feasibility of developing woman 3000-meter steeplechase at the basic level in china. And it puts forward views on the feasibility of improving this developing course.
