摘　　要：目的观察肠缺血再灌注（intestinal ischemia reperfusion,IIR）对胰腺组织病理改变的影响及生长抑素（somatostatin,SST）的治疗作用。方法15只健康猕猴分为对照组、IIR组、SST组,每组5只。放免法检测外周血SST含量,酶比色法测定血清淀粉酶及脂肪酶,ELISA法检测血清及小肠黏膜组织IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平,镜下观察胰腺组织病理变化。结果IIR组外周血SST为（62.17±13.56）pg/ml,较对照组的（160.61±33.84）pg/ml显著减少（P〈0.05）,血淀粉酶、脂肪酶、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α也均显著升高（P〈0.05）,胰腺组织出现病理性改变。SST组血SST水平为（156.32±30.25）pg/ml,较IIR组显著升高（P〈0.05）,血淀粉酶、脂肪酶、IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α均明显下降（P〈0.05）,胰腺组织病理改变减轻。结论SST可预防IIR所导致的胰腺病理损伤。Objective The aim of the study was to observe the histopathologic changes of pancreas after intestinal ischemia reperfusion （IIR） and investigate the effect of somatostatin （SST） on it. Methods 15 macaques were randomly divided into 3 groups： IIR group （n = 5） ; SST group （n = 5） ; control group （n = 5）. The peripherial level of somatostatin was determined by radioimmunoassay. The serum levels of amylase （AMY）, lipase, interleukin-1 belta （IL-1β）, interleukin-6 （IL-6）, tumor necrosis factor-alpha （TNF-alpha） were determined by ELISA. Pancreatic tissues were obtained to evaluate the histopathological changes. Results Serum somatostatin level was found to be significantly decreased in IIR group （62.17 ± 13.56 pg/ml） as compared with the NC group （160.61 ±33.84 pg/ml） （P 〈 0.05）. Serum levels of AMY and lipase, IL-1L3, IL-6, TNF-α were significantly increased as well （P 〈 0. 05）. Pathological changes were detected. Pretreatment of the macaques with somatostatin signi[icantly increased somatostatin level （156.32 ± 30.25 pg/ml, P 〈 0.05） while inhibited the secretion of IL-1L3, IL-6 ,TNF-α, AMY and lipase in peripherial blood （P 〈 0.05） . This inhibition was correlated with a reduction of morphological lesion of pancreas （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Somatostatin could prevent IIR induced acute pancreatitis in macaques.
