摘　　要：目的观察左旋门冬酰胺酶(L-ASP)对儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病和非霍杰金淋巴瘤胰腺功能的影响。方法VDLP方案治疗136例患儿,观察L-ASP使用前后血、尿淀粉酶,血脂肪酶,血、尿糖,尿酮体变化情况。结果发生不良反应12例,其中急性胰腺炎(AP)5例,高血糖、糖尿病5例,急性胰腺炎+高血糖2例。结论急性胰腺炎、高血糖为L-ASP使用时胰腺副作用的主要表现形式,与患儿年龄、性别相关,严重时可危及生命,须引起高度重视。Objective To observe the toxicity of pancreas from L-asparaginase in childhood ALL and NHL. Methods One hundred and thirty-six cases ALL and NHL were treated with VDLP protocol. Their Amylase and glucose in blood and urine and lipase were inspected regularly. Results Twelve cases got toxicity on pancrease, 5 cases got acute pancreatitis and 5 had hyperglycemia; 2 cases got the both. Conclusion Acute pancreatitis and hyperglycemia are serious damage of the pancreas caused by L-ASP and may be related to the patients＇age and the sex. Acute pancreatitis and hyperglycemia must be paid enough attention.
