摘　　要：肿瘤的免疫治疗是肿瘤学研究的热点,并被称为继手术、化疗、放疗之后的第4种治疗模式,随着对树突状细胞(DCs)在抗肿瘤免疫中所起中心作用的认识的加深,以及体外大量培养DCs方法的建立,以DCs为平台的肿瘤免疫治疗受到广泛关注。在体外制备负载肿瘤抗原的肿瘤特异性的DCs肿瘤疫苗,再注射回体内以激发机体产生主动性抗肿瘤免疫反应,是具有良好前景的生物治疗方案,目前已应用多种肿瘤的临床治疗。Immunotherapy of cancer is a focus of oneology study, which is considered as the fourth therapeuOe mode following up operation, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Recently, with the deeper recognition of DCs about its key role in anti-tumor immunity, as well as the establishernent of cultural method of DCs in vitro,tumor inmmunotherapy based on DCs is attracting more attention.Tumor vaccine of DCs with tumor specificity loading tumor antigen made in vitro can stimulate the body to produce active antl-tumor immunalogical reaction when it is injected into body again, which is the biological therapy with better prospect and has been applied into clinical therapy of many tumors at present.
