摘　　要：在经济全球化大背景下,腐败不仅仅会对发生腐败的国家自身产生巨大危害,而且会破坏区域甚至全球的经济与政治秩序的和谐。因此,国际社会必须采取一致的步伐,全力合作共同治理腐败,而《联合国反腐败公约》正好是这一思想的现实体现。Under the economic globalization situation,the corrupt practice not only does great harm to the country suffering from it,but can also destroy the local economy and even the global order of economy and politics.Therefore,the international community must take consistent steps to jointly control corrupt practices. As a result,＂UN Joint Pledge against Corruption＂comes into being.
