摘  要:通过单因素和正交试验研究超临界CO2(SFE-CO2)萃取湖南山银花香精的最佳工艺条件为萃取温度48℃、分离釜Ⅰ温度50℃、分离釜Ⅱ温度35℃、萃取釜压力28MPa、分离釜Ⅰ压力12MPa、分离釜Ⅱ压力5MPa、流速18L/h、萃取时间120min。用所优化的工艺条件萃取晒干湘蕾金银花、冻干湘蕾金银花、晒干灰毡毛忍冬、冻干灰毡毛忍冬的香精,提取量分别为3.03%、4.42%、2.87%、4.12%,湘蕾金银花比灰毡毛忍冬的香精含量略高。The extracting condition of flavour from flos Lonicerae produced in Hunan province was optimized through single factor tests and orthogonal experiment . The optimum technological condition of extraction : temperature of extraction kettle was 48 ℃, temperature of separation kettle Ⅰ 50 ℃ ,temperature of separation kettle 11 35 ℃, pressure of extraction kettle was 28 MPa, pressure of separation kettle Ⅰ 12 MPa, pressure of separation kettle 115 MPa, CO2 flow velocity 18 L/h and extraction time 120 min. The extracting contents of flavour from insolated flos Lonicerae Xianglei, freeze-dried flos Lonicerae Xianglei, insolated flos Lonicerae Macranthoides, freeze-dried flos Lonicerae Macranthoides by optimized extracting condition were 3.03% .4.42% .2.87% .4.12% respectiuely. The content of flavour of flos Lonicerae Xianglei was a little higher than that of Macranthoides.
