摘 要:为防止松材溢脂,采用与以往脱脂不同的研究方法,即选择化学药剂与松香的树脂酸进行化学反应生成较稳定的固化物,使一部分改性松香沉淀在处理液中,另一部分改性松香则滞留在树脂道里,有效地防止松材溢脂,达到提高利用价值的目的。通过光学显微镜和扫描电镜的形貌观察,显示出试样在处理前后树脂道微观结构图象有明显的差别,给本处理法的特点以较好的直观验证。A new method of deresination was developed to avoid the overflow of resin in pine wood, which is different from other previous research methods in this area. A kind of chemical was chosen to react with resin in the pine to form a more stable solid transformed resin. Most part of the transformed resin was precipitated in the llquid, while the other remained in the resin canals to prevent the overflow of the resin and to improve the utilization value of the pine wood. In addition, the mierostruetural images observed with an optical microscope and an electron microscope showed obvious difference between treated and untreated wood sam- ples of the resin canals, which gave direct uroof of this new method.
